Welcome to my artistic website,
I create sculptures and carvings from tree stumps and logs. I do this by mainly using a Chainsaw.
I have created Sculptures using different mediums such as sand or ice.
I have started painting using oils as well
I, Martin Shepheard ( Mr Shep ) have been doing chainsaw carving since 2004.
I am now based in Weston-Super-Mare just outside Bristol in England
If you are thinking of having a tree chopped down. Make sure your tree surgeon leaves a tree stump behind and then have it carved into an angel or an eagle or a cat or dog. There are so many different possibilities. Send me a picture of the tree and I can compile a selection of sketches of some possible designs.
Feel free to look through my portfolio of previous chainsaw carvings , tree stump carvings and sculptures . click on the buttons above.
